The Virtual Collaborative Network: Nodes, entities and agents

The ObsevatoriumBPnet Collaboration Network is based on Internet, and serves to support the process work proposed by AtlantisBPnet in an automatic way, without supervision of any person.

This virtual network is managed by a central server, which hosts and saves all Observatory activities. This serves is placed in Navarra.

• Nevertheless, the network activity is based on the work of many individual agents, which carry out the identification and analysis tasks, according some roles, defined on the process of work. Thus, they are the Unit of Work of the Virtual Network.
• Particular people can’t individually be registered, they must belong to an entity previously registered. Therefore, entities become on the Unit or Network.
• Finally, when these entities access to Observatory network, they compromise with a Node, with special privileges and obligations. Nodes are the Unit of Administration of Network.

This conception of network allows to add new entities and new regions into the Observatory. This stimulates the exchanges of experiences among the ObservatoriumBPnet membership.

If a new entity wants to become in a new ObservatoriumBPnet Member, it must be associated with an existing node through a compromise. Also, it can become in a Node.
